James has provided trial teams with case strategy insight driven by mock jury trials, mock bench trials, focus groups, jury profiling, jury selection, venue surveys, witness preparation, and shadow juries.

Notable matters include major automobile, oil, pharmaceutical, financial & banking, CPG, telecom, computer chip, and tech companies, as well as US and foreign governments, several television networks, NFL & NBA sports organizations, champion athletes from heavyweight boxing and horse racing, and recording artists Boys II Men and the Canadian rock band Rush.

His experience with business contracts includes cyber-piracy and trademark cases. His experience with white collar crime cases includes price fixing and embezzlement; and with criminal cases, high-profile murder and racketeering. He is also well versed in employment and personal injury cases.
