Jessica runs Hoffman Brylo Consulting, LLC, in Colorado in addition to assisting Trialcraft on select cases. Her consulting range includes everything from small personal-injury lawsuits to multi-million dollar class actions.

At Duke, she was trained by the nation’s leading plaintiff’s trial consultant, David Ball, Ph.D, and privileged to be one of a handful of people nationwide  to study video of real juries deliberating from the Arizona Project. A specialty is the art of editing opening statements and closing arguments to address the jurors’ unconscious minds, thus making cases stronger by creating jurors who fight for the client in the deliberation room.

She has written and published numerous articles on trial strategy and is an active member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
